Using the Internet, locate a company’s compensation and benefits plan. Larger, publicly traded companies generally post such information on their website.You can also use the company you currently work for or have worked for in the past.
Address the following points and questions in a Word file.Your report should be 1-2 pages in length, not including the cover page and references page. Use two resources.  One resource should be the company’s website or perhaps your employer’s handbook.  The second resource can be any other resource, including your text book.Use APA style for  the cover page, headings, citations, and references page.  Note: Double space, with 12 pt. Times New Roman font, and 1-inch margins.  
Use the following outline for your content and headings.  
The CompanyIdentify and describe the company. 
Provide the company’s website.  

Compensation and BenefitsBriefly summarize the company’s compensation and benefits plan.

Most Valuable BenefitsList and describe the three benefits that you find most valuable and attractive to a potential employee.  Example: Perhaps health insurance is important to you.

Additional BenefitsAssume you are working with the HR department to add benefits or modify existing benefits to the company’s plan.
Identify three changes or additions you would include in this plan.  
Explain how these changes or additions would add value to the company and to the employees. 

ConclusionHow would working for this company make employees feel recognized and valued?
