Recruitment Plan:
Develop an employment/ recruitment policy. You will write a Job Description for one of the three positions: a lab technician, accountant, IT Networking technician. Degree requirement will be an AA Degree from an accredited 2-year community college. You must provide at least 3 recruiting sources (value 25 points). You must research 3 sources and cite your sources in developing your interview questions (value 25 points). These questions must be thought out. Again, you will research and cite your 3 sources in developing your salary offer (value 25 points). What assessments you will utilize in the selection of this person(value 25 points). Each one of these three positions will require a selection assessment of some type. You will have a table of content for each topic.
You should state in the employment policy what sources you will utilize and cite those sources which will ensure a diverse population as the applicant pool. You must state how your employment policy aligns itself with your diversity planning and include at least: Veterans, Individuals with Disabilities, value 50 points Minority and female utilizations for your job. Include selection, recruitment, referral, and other procedures to see whether they result in disparities in employment, or advancement of minorities and women.
