QSEN KSAs: Identify one KSA regarding quality improvement & one KSA regarding safety from the QSEN competencies that you are currently using in your practice. Identify the KSA and describe how you are currently utilizing this competency in your practice.
Two SMART goals: Write two SMART goals outlining either 1) how you will implement 2 currently unused competencies under Quality Improvement and Safety, or 2) improve on the current competencies you identified as it relates to your practice.
Implications to Practice: Write a few concluding statements about why knowing and applying QSEN competencies are important to nursing practice(in general) and how nurse proficiency with these competencies impact patients.
