Netnography for a parcel courier company (Elta courier)

I need a discussion of findings using the netnography method, about customer reviews with low satisfaction, for the Elta Courier company. The company is greek. I am providing you a link and a word document with hte same customer reviews. Please use at least 15 of them. Also put the chosen reviews in a table and be specific about which one of them you are talking about each time. You can have a row that will say “Customer 1, customer 2 etc. and next to that a row with each comment. Please do not count the words of reviews as words for the paper. The discussion of the reviews has to prove the company’s CRM (customer relationship management) problemawzs. Reviews must be anonymized!!
