Narrative fiction usually consists of four elements: character, plot, setting, and theme. The    characters are the players of the story   , at least one of them acting as the hero or protagonist, going through a series of transformative events which often culminate in a final confrontation with opposing forces; plot refers to the events of the story; setting is where and when the story takes place; and, finally, theme is what the story tells us about the nature of being human. As you read “The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas” (link opens in new window) (https://www.utilitarianism.com/nu/omelas.pdf), consider whether this piece qualifies as a story (Does it contain the four elements of fiction?) and explain why or why not? If it is a story, whom do you consider to be the hero?Respond in about 250 words
