Module 2 Discussion: Informative Presentation Outline Presentation Preparation

INTRODUCTIONOverview Mental Illness. The worse part of having mental health issues is that, you’er seemingly required to have a breakdown in order for people to understand how hard you were trying to hold yourself together.
Japanese tennis superstar Naomi Osaka announced about a month ago her decision to withdraw from the French Open in Paris. This decision sparked a lot of controversy when she said she would opt out of press conferences to protect her mental health. This is an example of how so many warriors have covered their pains and the media or public benefits from such.

Contents to be coveredHow it all started– A pre-traumatic era.
The Exposure– The pain we must bear
The covered trigger– The science of pretense and remaining strong
PTSD–The new normal and family out cry
Conclusion– The Solution campaign end suicide and mental illness

2. BODY
A. No one should ever regret serving or volunteering to serve his county
The recruiter’s lies of ambiguity
The day you say I do– The contract
The shift in expectation
Discipline and pain without a mental health evaluation is like a trigger waiting to be pull. Basic training should not only build physical strength but mental strength and maturity.
The military does not teach or give you maturity, they build on your current maturity–This is why we have a lot of adult acting like babies.
College should be a requirement during your contract– A lot of service men severed their term without nothing to show.
Gun is too much power for a baby adult

B. There should be a deliberate investment on the mental health of service members before they have a deployment opportunity.
So many families are in shambles because of mental health of their spouse.
The leadership could contribute to a service members mental health challenges.
If you become a hero by shining outside the four walls of your nation, and you returned to be treated like a nobody, or ended up homeless, then the worse has come.

C. Solution Campaign– Every voice must be heard and cared for.
Families are suffering
Hopes are chattering
This is a call for intervention
There should be a thorough cleansing of work place toxicity.
The leadership must upheld the oath to protect the junior ranks.
There should be more investment and compensation to any service members that have been exposed to a toxic life and environment.
No service member should ever be homeless after years of service.
Before it mature to a suicide stage, it must be detected and treated early.

3. CONCLUSION
The world’s battlefields have been in the heart chiefly; more heroism has been displayed in the household and the closet, than on the most memorable battlefields in history. ~Henry Ward Beecher
We cannot afford to lose the fight; we cannot afford to fold our arms. But what happens when we won the battle outside and lose the battle within. We lose them all.
